movies opensource_movies The loose network of struggling groups from around the world calling itself " International Students Movement " decided to call for a " Global Week of Action 2009 " in April (20/04 - 29/04). At the end of the week - 28th and 29th of April - a ministerial Summit took place in Leuven and Louvaine la Neuve (both in Belgium next to Brussel). European Groups of this loose network decided to take Counter-Actions at this Summit and meet a weekend before.
